Allow admin to set unavailable dates via user's "Account Information" tab
It would be very helpful if editors and admins could mark an account as unavailable from the submission itself. That is, if I'm on the Assign Reviewers tab of a submission, I should be able to click the spyglass beside a user's name, go to Account Information tab, and set their unavailable dates without having to do a user search and edit their account directly. This would also be beneficial for editors, so they don't have to route these requests through the editorial office.
