Reviewer Salutation

It should be possible to make the reviewers' salutation as a required field when a) the authors recommend reviewers b) the reviewer account is created on the fly by the editors.

    Agreed, this is more important than ever with a focus on equality where we really should get the authors personal information correct as early as possible rather than using (often incorrect) defaults.
