Share user account comments and flags across portal sites

Many portal sites have a shared user database. It would be helpful if user comments could be shared across all the sites in the portal, or if perhaps there could be an option for portal sites as to whether a comment should be displayed on all portal sites or only the current site. Similarly it would be useful to be able to define user account flags at the portal level and have these display on accounts across all sites in the portal.

    Also be useful to share existing keyword lists when building a portal so you can search across more than one journal for a reviewer (you can't, even if the lists are the same on each journal). The only way at the moment seems to be to start a new list.....
