Take the footer off pop up windows

Holy hannah, it takes up half my screen on email pop ups. No. no. no. This is in the audit trail, in email templates, etc. Please fix.

    1. Do you mean the big empty space just underneath the attachments?

    2. Or do you mean the bottom section where there's another vertical scrollbar just to display the ©Clarivate / ©ScholarOne footer?

    3. Or both?

    This padding rule is the CSS culprit for #1
