Captions for tables

ScholarOne does not pull in caption and legend information for Tables - which creates a problem for reviewers when viewing the PDF and HTML. (S1currently does include the caption / legend info for Figures.) S1 should be altered to include caption and legend information for Tables in PDFs and HTML versions for reviewers.
