Automatically close any open reviewer invites when the required amount of reviewevers have agreed
It would be useful to be able to configure the automatic closing of open reviewer invites once the required amount of reviewers have agreed to look at a paper. It is usually not necessary to obtain more than the required amount of reviews for any given paper (unless the editor chooses to do so, in the case of deadlock, for example). When extra reviewers agree to look at a paper we have two options: 1) wait for the review to come in out of courtesy (adding time on to an often already lengthy review process) 2) make a decision and trigger the 'review no longer required' email. Naturally, telling reviewers that we no longer want their review after they may have been working on it, and mostly (though not always) for free, sometimes causes negative reactions from reviewers. This wastes both editor and reviewer time. It would be great to be able to prevent this in the first instance by not allowing more than is necessary to agree.
