ScholarOne Manuscripts Ideas

I noticed that when you invite a Reviewer to review a manuscript and they decline, they are then placed back into the Reviewer Locator Tool with no history noted.  If you accidently invite that Reviewer again, it never informs you that this Reviewer was already invited and declined.  The only way to know is by searching in the "view full history" link (pictured below).  It would be useful to have a note added to the Reviewer's name, OR to show that they had already declined when they re-enter the Reviewer List.
