Referees Missing the Attach File Button

I have lost count of how many times lately that a Referee thought they attached a file with their review, but the Editor couldn't find any attachment.  What usually happens is that the Referee uploaded the file using "browse" but then neglected to push the blue "attach" icon.  So, please either eliminate the need for an "attach" button or flash a reminder at the Referee upon submitting a review... something like "You have NOT attached your file!!!!!!!".

    We fully support this. Many of our referees fail to click the "attach" button. It is not hugely obvious they need to do this and can easily be missed.
