Hide submission fields and questions from stub creation page

Currently, when creating a manuscript stub (invited workflow), all submission fields and custom questions are displayed for the person creating the stub. Many of them, however, are not at all needed at this stage (e.g., keywords, custom questions, abstract) and may confuse editors who set up the stub - they might think this is something for them to fill out, when in fact it's for the authors when they submit the invited paper. Being able to hide certain submission fields fron the stub creation interface would simplify and streamline the stub creation process.

This is a setting in configuration - which you can untick -  to hide the custom fields (amongst other things)

Display custom fields in Stub creation.
