Footer with MS ID Number

Manuscripts records can be really long (see image). Working with many manuscripts (as Administrator), sometimes I have the doubt I am working on the correct record, and I have to scroll back up to the Heading to double check the ms ID Number. Would it be possible to add a little footer , with the ms ID number ? Or alternatively, include the ms ID No beside each section heading ?
