Cognos report needed that shows intervals between revisions
Despite being encouraged to submit a revision by a given date, authors often take longer. We would like to see the time from decision letter to submission of a revised manuscript for all iterations of the same manuscript - also important to know what the decision recommended (accept with minor revisions, encourage revision, revision not likely to succeed, etc.). This will help to identify worthy papers whose authors need to be nudged to send in a revised paper sooner rather than later.
