Add Author Email Address to .CSV exports
When downloading the .csv files to analyse a list of manuscripts, it would be very helpful if the Author's contact email address were also included as a field. This could be placed between the 'Submitting Author' and 'Country of Submitting Author' fields. This would be useful for Editors who wish to send additional manual reminders to authors, they can export the list of papers being revised, and retrieve the email addresses for each rather than having to then search through each manuscript on the system.
