Clearer Designation of Files in PDF Proof
I would like to see the system automatically inidcate file designations in the PDF proof the reviewer sees. We have a lot of journals that ask authors to submit a conference paper along with the extended transactions paper, and we make both available to the reviewers. However, it all gets lumped together into the proof and it's often not clear to the reviewers what they're looking at. We'll often upload a spacer file that says something like "supplementary material" or "conference paper" in between the two documents. It would be nice if there was a more automatic way for the reviewers to see what is what in the proof.
