Notes

Other submission management/software products enable users to leave notes on a manuscript for specific people. For instance, if I left a note on a manuscript, I could mark that it was for the EIC. The AEs wouldn't be able to view it. AEs could leave notes for MEs, not visible by the EIC, and so on.  Please consider this for a future release of S1.

    I agree: "It would also be helpful to have better security on notes. Other users should not be able to edit a note that I leave/vice versa" They should leave their own notes.
