Allow for the updating of accepted/exported papers
ScholarOne should have an additional feature that allows adminstrators the ability to enter data about a paper's publication. This is intended to keep track of published manuscripts in the system. Some additonal and optional fields should appear for accepted/exported papers that gather data about the date of publication and the vol./issue and present info about the time between acceptance and or export and final publication. This data should also be available for reporting.
