Double Blind Peer Review & Files for Production

One of the big pain points for editors of double blind journals is exporting the right files to Production.   In order to export anything at all, there needs to be something showing up in the PDF, but the files that we're likely to want to export (fully identified, named versions, with all affiliations and acknowledgements included) are almost never the files that were in the PDF during double anonymous peer review, where a blinded version of the manuscript was used. Our double blind sites are set up so that the file designation "file not for review" has the "HTML/PDF proof" checkbox greyed out and untickable.  While I realise that an option would be to change our file designation set-up in Config, having this box greyed out during peer review is a very nice bit of insurance against accidents, where author identity could be compromised by mistake. It would be amazing if we could have a setting where the "HTML/PDF Proof" tickbox could be configured to be greyed out during peer review, but live and tickable in the post-acceptance phase. Thanks!
