Flexible 'Reviewer Invited 5 days ago'

At the moment this template is in 'System emails', meaning it can't be adapted to custom workflows eg Guest Editors as sender. Could this be improved, either by adding a GE version or by moving it eg to  either 'notifications and reminders' or 'invitation emails', maybe under a new heading?

    I like this idea! A lot of editors would like to be able to have individual invitation reminders specific to revisions/resubmissions which we can't currently do. I think it could do with a section in the Email Templates as Author Reminders does
