It would be useful to have a dedicated space for reviewers to add a commet to the editor when declining an invitation. A reviewer could then quickly and easily pass short comments on the manuscript (e.g. suitability/quality) to the editor without having to send a separate email.  We're currently using the 'suggest an alternative' as a workaround, but a dedicated box would encourage reviewers to pass any short comments on if they don't have time to provide a full review.
