Link email from audit trail to the template so it can be easily found and edited
It can be a frustrating exercise to identify the exact source template of a message/notification as logged in audit trail when you realise you wish to make changes to the template text. Many templates seem very similar and it is not always immediately intuitive where the correct template is stored. I suggest introducing a clear crumbtrail (preferably hyperlinked) at top of messages as logged in audit trail which will take you directly back (or at least point you back) to the template. Have just (yet again) spent 40 good minutes identifying one which included me having to open ST again in a differnet browser, even if I know I really shouldn't be doing that. Argh.
