Last in date

The "last in" date should reflect the last time a user used the site, rather than the last time a user actually logged in (for instance, .reviewers who bypass the login stage through a direct link to a manuscript/reviewer score sheet). I have a reviewer who submitted a review yesterday, but on their details it says [Last in: 17-Apr-2011 12:44 AM EST]
