FAMILIAR NAME (or NICKNAME) field needed

If someone's name is "Robert" but he goes by "Bob" or "Rob," we want to be able to use that name when pulling his name into correspondence. Currently there is no place for this familiar name to be stored in the user account.  Please add a field for this purpose.
