Link for editing person details

Provide a link from within the person details screen to the funtionaility for editing details of a user's account.  In the current configuration , it's cumbersome to move from a manuscript record to a person record and there are occasions when the need for a correction emerges when dealing with an author or reviewer while working in a manuscript record.
