Provide additional keywords fields in Create reviewer on the fly options
It will be better if ScholarOne technical team could add optional (or at least one required) fields for keywords in the "Add reviewer on the fly" pafe. When Editors adding a new reviewer on the fly, they usually want note this reviewer with his/her specialy, so the editors can add these reviewer into the reviewers pool and make them r ecognizable efficiently. If the new reviewer only marked with low level information like their Degree, workplace, it is not helpful for recognize their " Specialty " of Academics, but the latter one is indeed more important when we search suitable reviewers.
