Automatically recognise a new reviewer for revised or resubmitted manuscripts
It would be great for ScholarOne to recognise that a new reviewer has been selected for a revised or resubmitted manuscript. For example, when an Editor selects a new reviewer ScholarOne recognises this and the default email is for a new reviewer, not a previous one. I already have different emails to use for this, but my Editors are pretty good at forgetting the need to change the email if they select a new reviewer. If ScholarOne could do this automatically it would make things easier for my Editors and save me having to reassure reviewers that they haven?t lost their memory and didn?t actually look at the original version.
