Different Email for when a Reviewer Declined an Invitation but Suggests Alternate Reviewers

At the moment, when an invited reviewer declines to review a paper, they are given the option of suggesting alternate reviewers. However, the email sent to the Associate Editor is the same regardless of whether or not they have suggested reviewers. I would like there to be a way for the system to prompt a different email to be sent when a declining reviewer has suggested alternate reviewers, so that the Associate Editor would easily know that alternatives have been provided.

We've just had the same request and found a good workaround in the configuration settings. Journals can ask their publishers to amend their reviewer response settings so that you get different letters for different  types of responses.
