Move grant reviewer extention function

To grant a reviewer an extention seems an unnecessary hassle. You have to go to their account details, then the 'account information tab' and then scroll down. Why can't this be in a much more obvious place, such as next to their details in the list of reviewers? The author extention function is in a very obvious place, so it seems absurd to hide the reviewer extention away like this.
