Previous Decision Email Tag

An email tag that would pull in the decision of the previous version of the manuscript. This could then be used in reviewer invitations and Editor Assignments etc.

    This would also be extremely useful to include in my administrator submission alert emails, as different actions are required of me depending on the previous decision.
