Use "No Response" answer instead of "Declined" for the Auto-Decline feature

Currently there is no way to configure the auto-decline answer as "No Response". Answers are automatically set as "Declined" if the reviewer hasn't responded an invitation in X amount of days. This may give a wrong impression about a reviewer by assuming that they have a certain percentage of Declined invitations, when in fact, part of that percentage may be related to lack of response instead of actual decline.
