Generate E-mail when "Grant an Extension" link is used to change review due date

Currently, when an editor or admin uses the "Grant an Extension" link to change the due date for a reviewer, the reviewer is not automatically notified of the new due date. If the editors want to notify the reviewer of the new due date, they have to know/remember to send a hyperlink e-mail. I think it would be very helpful if it was possible to trigger an automatic e-mail when the due date is changed. This should be editable before sending (if so configured) so that editors can amend the wording as needed (or decide to cancel and close the e-mail if they don't want to notify the reviewer).

    I am the corresponding editor for a different journal which has this function.  It saves time and guarantees that the reviewer knows their due date has been extended.
