Ability to make fields required for submitting authors bot not account creation
I would like to see the ability to make certain fields required for submitting authors, but not necessarily during account creation. For example, we would like to require ORCID for all submitting authors during submission. However, we don't want to make it a required field during account creation because then every user in the system will be prompted to enter it next time they log in, and I don't want to disrupt users such as Admins and Reviewers. Allowing us to require certain information for submitting authors would allow a phased approach to collecting certain data, without "shocking" the system.
