Adding Co-Author

I appreciate at the moment you can only search on the email address when adding a new co-author.  What would be great is if the system could say "we have XXX in the system already with a different email address - is this the same person" in the same way that adding a preferred reviewer works.  I think this would go some way to reducing duplicates and errors with email addresses

    Or perhaps another suggestion would be to also allow the submitting author to search by name.
