Institute and City as required Author-Suggested Reviewer Fields
I would like to suggest making the institute and City required fields at the step 4 `Reviewers` on the submission questionaire. I think these would greatly help in discifering who author-suggested reviewers really are as often we only get an obtuse gmail.com or 126.com address with no real indication of where they are (except country). This makes it almost impossible to identify who the person really is especially when it is a common name like Smith or Wang
