Being able to identify who created an account

Currentlly when searching for an account we are able to see when the account was modified and last login from the author but there is no way to tell who created the account. This will be a useful tool to identify those creating accounts with invalid email address or just duplicate accounts.

    Very much agree. In addition, please display WHEN the account was created. So the information displayed when looking at a user account should include:

    Account created on [date] by [person].

    Last modified on [date] by [person].
