Automatic check for author list changes between versions of a MS

the system should automatically check provide a notice to the Editorial Office and in the Manuscript Information header available to the Editor and Associate Editor if any changes have been made to the author list (additions or deletions) from the previous version

    Hi,

    Thanks very much for the idea. With the 4.26 release in late 2019 we locked the ability for a submitter to change an author list between original submission and revision. With 4.26.1, coming in February 2020 we are adding the ability to flag changes to the Authors list between submission and revision where changes are still permitted.
