Reorder email templates and set defaults directly from email template setup screen
Currently, the order of invitation/decision templates in the dropdown menu in an invitation or decision email is alphabetical based on template title, with the default template being the one at the top of the list. It would be useful for administrators to be able to change the order in which the templates appear in the dropdown menu and to set the default template for a given decision/invitation directly from the email template setup screen, rather than to have to edit the titles of all of the templates for a given invite/decision to reorder them.
