Convenient method of "re-inviting" reviewer who didn't respond to invitation or declined initially.

Under the Reviewer List, provide a convenient option/pull-down menu/button to ?re-invite? after a Reviewer has declined or has not responded. In some cases, Reviewers decline or don?t respond to the invitation, and once contacted by the Editorial Office, the Reviewer is willing to review. The administrator has to endure a tedious search for the Reviewer again, add and invite the person.

    Hi All,

We've added a button to make re-inviting a reviewer that's already declined easier.

Check out the release notes for more information. Any questions please reach out to our customer care team at s1help@clarivate.com

    Thanks!

    Hi All,

The functionality to re-invite a reviewer who has declined will be added in 4.26.1. We're not adding a feature to one-click re-email someone who has not responded due to spam concerns, but assume if someone has declined and is to be re-invited that a conversation has occurred that requires the re-invitation to be sent. Look for this functionality to arrive with 4.26.1 in February of 2020.

    Appreciate your input!

    Warmest Regards,

The re-invitation option will be great! Browsing through the Audit trail tab for the invitation message with the links can take some time.

+1 on Nancy Jennings comment. Very annoying that an invited reviewer with incorrect address becomes part of the reviewer list permanently.

It would be great if this could also work for reviewers for whom we initially had an incorrect email address. Once I have corrected the email address, I currently have to uninvite and reintive the person.
