Alow multiple and specific email template actions (deletion/copying)
Currently, if you wish to delete an email template from a journal you have to delete each one separately. This is time consuming and laborious, particularly as the page goes back to the top each time and you have to scroll down to find the next email template you want to delete. I propose that ScholarOne adds a tick box that you can mark multiple templates with, thus allowing you to delete them in one go. Additionally, this tick box could also be used to select specific templates that you want to copy from one workflow to another. Currently, you can only copy the entire template list from the "submission" workflow to the "resubmission" or "revised" workflow. This is not very practical, particularly as you have to delete any templates you don't want separately each time as mentioned above. The addition of an extra tick box to select a specific template and the ability to copy or delete based on this would make altering templates a much quicker task, particularly when editing en masse .
