This would be for a reviewer who has agreed to review a manuscript but whose review is extremely overdue. The journal administrator could pick a time point after which a late reviewer would automatically be "Removed" and would receive an email saying his or her review is no longer needed. The editor would then be prompted to inivte a new reviewer. This would help editors avoid having to continually track and follow up with late reviews.
