User accounts: indicate gender Mr./Ms. (male/female) and title (Dr./Prof./MD) separately
We sometimes have difficulties telling if our S1M users are male or female as most titles are neutral and names are not always telling. For our site the default is set to 'Dr.' to prevent addressing Drs, Profs etc. as Mr./Ms. only. The configuration settings only allow to set one option Dr, Mr, Mrs etc..; no new areas can be added to the account details screen area. Hence two parameters - gender and title - are mixed up. An additional option to choose 'Mr.' or 'Ms.' SEPARATELY from the title ('Dr.', 'Prof.', etc.) would be very helpful, maybe appear in a new line and allow users to indicate both gender and title.
