Ability to add support team contact info to submission error messages

When authors experience an error during submission of their manuscript this message pops up: "An error has occurred. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact the Support Team for more information and instructions. The Support Team's contact information can be obtained by clicking the 'Get Help Now' link in the upper right-hand corner of this page." I have 2 requests: 1) Please update the text, as the 'Get Help Now' link has change to just 'Help' 2) It would be great if this text was configurable to allow the journal to insert it's own support team contact details for journals that handle their own Tier 1 support
