Access to the two-factor verification code email in SAGE Track

For journals that utilise other inbox management providers other than Outlook, we need to be able to update the 'from' address on the verification code email templates in order to receive them. Not being able to update this means we have to operate from both Outlook and the other provider (Freshdesk).
