Updating keywords- please modify the procedure

Currently, the search feature when a user enters keywords works only when there is a full match of a multi-word term, for example, "electrical impedance tomography". It would be highly desired to show a list of partial matches. For example, if I search "electrical impedance", it returns at least "electrical impedance tomography". Please fix it, so it is easier.
