Email sent to authors advising merging if new account email matches secondary or cc email address

It would be most useful if an automated email was sent to an author advising the merging of ScholarOne accounts if the email address used for that account matches an existing secondary or cc email address on a different user account. This would help in the management of duplicate S1 accounts and would help authors be more aware of ensuring that their primary account is used where possible.
