Ability to make "Degree" field required

We would like to make the “Degree” field mandatory. That way when users login the next time, they will be required to update their credentials. This field would be where someone enters in MD or PhD etc. and it is beneficial for pulling reports when needing to add credentials on the journal listing or an award.

    Since 'degree' is not a current mandatory requirement to fill-in within an account, it makes it difficult to determine journal listings and qualifications. We would like to make the 'degree' field mandatory to alleviate these current issues.
