Blinding feature needs to be improved by preventing reviewers to be invited/assigned to the papers on which the authors and reviewers have the same affiliation

It is embarrassing to have reviewers recuse themselves when we send them studies written by their colleagues. The system should highlight/warn/block when a reviewer is chosen from the same institution as the author. That is never a good idea.
