Replace the term 'blinded' in ScholarOne and replace with 'anonymised'?

Could we change the terms 'blind' and 'blinded' to 'anonymous' and 'anonymised' across the ScholarOne platform? These terms are much better understood internationally and aren't so offensive to people who are blind or partially sighted.
