Stop authors adding duplicate suggested reviewers when submitting a paper

On submission, when authors are required to add suggested Reviewers. At present they can duplicate names.
Recently an author listed 6 reviewers, 2 of which were duplicates. Please can an amendment be made to stop this, to allow Reviewers only to be listed once.
