Email tag to show author city, state

The tag ##DOCUMENT_AUTHORS_INSTITUTIONS## shows institutions, but not the location of the institution. The authors' location info is in the manuscript details, but it in not available in any email tag. We could have a separate tag for location, but why not simply include the institution name + location all together?
