Author Institutions in Header

One of our Deputy Editors would like to see the Authors' Affiliations or Institutions in the Header of the manuscript. When they are on the Referee Selection page, they cannot easily see when completing a search if there is a conflict with institutions without having to click away to the Manuscript Information page.
