Our need for this is increasing.
The Notes function would really benefit from an option to copy over to all versions. Some Notes contain info which is relevant all the way through the process but gets lost between versions.
Frequently we have queries which arise at the point of editorial decision and need to be checked or actioned in the revised version, but the Notes we make won't be visible. We have to make mental notes to manage this.
Can we please have an option on Notes that they be carried forward to the next versions?
